Palestinians without frontiers believe in the peaceful and conversational, competitive and convincing ways to convey its voice, programs and projects to all the Palestinian people, although the Palestinians without frontiers is considered as an observing board, it is considered also as an executive board for developing the Palestinian society foundations and the rules and their infrastructure as well.

The foundation has the rule of the national and the local election participation in Palestine to convey its representative to the Palestinian parliament and the local authorities councils, to increase the opportunities of making its projects and its general civil objectives. The foundation has the rule to collect the subscriptions and participating in the economical and financial projects to support its works and its social, educational, informative and cultural projects which have the general benefit for the Palestinian and the society as well.
