All of that come from our understanding to the objective unit on the level of increasing the Palestinian homemade.

• According to our realization to the necessity of creating an Arab profundity and international dimension, we try our best to encourage the Palestinian society to be opened towards the cultures and the scientific, civil, licit, environmental, economical and constructional achievements for peoples.

• Observing the respecting of the thoughtful, cultural, political and civil freedoms of the Palestinian to be as a basic principles to the state foundations duties and to respect the people rights in Palestine and to respect their general and particular freedoms as a basic part of the civil, organic and juristic construction of the Palestinian society.

• Concentrating on the voluntary activities which concern the projects and programs that guide to cover the basic needs for the civilians. This can increase the coming to share in these programs.
